What to do after switching to a new PC?
If you’ve switched to a new PC, your devices do not need to be re-integrated into the Magicline software. Instead, you can simply restore the existing device connection. The process is quick and straightforward — all you need is the latest Device Manager software and your login details from the Magicline.
Install the Device Manager software
To ensure that your devices work correctly on the new PC, please install the Device Manager software. This connects your new computer to the existing device configuration in your Magicline.
You can download it here:

Note for Windows 11 users with GAT Writer 6000F:
The Core Isolation feature must be deactivated for a driver update of this device to work. Otherwise, compatibility issues may occur. This can also be done later, but it is required for driver updates of the GAT Writer 6000F.
Connect to the Magicline
After installation, you need to restore the connection to the Magicline. You will need:
- The Device Manager URL, which you can find directly in your Magicline
- A new password, which you also set within the Magicline
Follow these steps:
- Open your Magicline and navigate to the respective location under Settings / Access Control / Device Manager.
- Copy the displayed URL.
- Set a new password for the Device Manager and save it.
- Start the Device Manager software on your new PC and enter the copied URL and the new password.
