Overview of conflict cases
To view and edit conflicts in your employee time tracking, go to Resources/Time Tracking/Overview of conflicts in your Magicline.
A conflict always arises when an employee's target working time does not match the recorded actual working time.
In the overview you can view the open or all conflict cases in a certain period of time. You can use the filter at the top right to adjust this period.
In the table you will find all information about the target working times of the shift, the recorded times and a target/actual comparison. At the end of each column you can see whether the release is still open and the status of the conflict.
Approve or reject conflict cases
You can approve or reject the conflict case using the three-dot menu at the end of each column.
To approve the conflict, click " Approve Conflict ". The recorded actual time is then transferred to the employee's time account, ie if the employee has worked overtime, more hours are transferred.
If you want to reject the conflict, then click " Reset to Target & Approve ". In this case, the working time is reset to the scheduled target working time according to the shift plan and transferred to the employee's time account.
