- Select activate/deactivate
Why create an access refusal notice?
If a member is currently blocked from accessing the gym, this can now be shown on top of the Self-Service. It’s configurable in the Magicline whether the warning should be shown in the Self-Service or not. We’ll also provide the reason for the access refusal, if it is known, e.g., in case of dunning. In addition, when creating an access refusal for one single member or with bulk operation, the studios have the possibility to configure an internal AND an external reason. The external reason will be shown in the Self-Service for even more transparency for the members.
Integration in Self-Service configuration
Go to MySports / Management / Self-Service and select a Self-Service configuration to edit its settings. In the tile Further data, select the three-dotted button. From the drop-down menu, select Edit access refusal notice.
In this dropdown menu, select Activate or Deactivate to pick your desired outcome for the edit access refusal notice. Activated enables the new access refusal notification feature in the Self-Service.
Create access refusal for members
In the member section, select the member who you want to create an access refusal for. Afterward, select the three-dotted menu in the tile Idle periods and access refusal. From the dropdown menu, pick Edit access refusal.
In this menu, you can choose between picking a permanent or temporary access refusal. The upper input box allows for an internal reason that is only communicated within the Magicline. The lower box allows giving a public description for the access refusal, which is communicated to the customer via the MySports Self-Service. The access restriction can be edited in the same manner.
Create access refusal via bulk operations
To create multiple access refusals at once, bulk operations can be used. In the section Members select Bulk operations. In the top right of the page, choose Create bulk operations.
In the dropdown menu Type select Access refusal and select Create to create a new bulk operation for access refusal or select Delete to remove a bulk operation for access refusal and click continue.
Now you can decide how to pick the members for your bulk operation. You can either select member list, Upload Excel file or All members.
If a member list is selected, you can then pick the desired member list out of your created lists.
In this menu, you can once again decide between picking a permanent or temporary access refusal. The upper input box allows for an internal reason that is only communicated within the Magicline. The lower box allows giving a public description of the access refusal, which is communicated to the customer via the MySports Self-Service.
