What is MySports Member Platform?
The integration of Magicline software with the new MySports Member Platform enables optimized member support in fitness studios. This complete package not only boosts member motivation but also the studio's revenue. It offers a highly rated member app and features previously included in more expensive Magicline packages, allowing you to fully focus on member support.
Highlights of the MySports Member Platform include customer retention through reward and referral programs, direct communication, self-service for members to manage their data, individual training plans, easy appointment and course bookings. Opportunities for additional income such as online voucher sales, as well as improved visibility and sales opportunities for the studio. There are two options for the member app: one in MySports design and one individually designed branded app, both with full platform features.
Where can I find MySports Member Platform?
At the bottom of the main menu of your Magicline, you will find the "Appstore" item (4-square icon). There you can open the MySports Member Platform page.
How do I activate the MySports Member Platform?
After opening the MySports Member Platform tile, you should have the following view:
There you can click on Activate and you will get the following dialog:
Accept the terms and conditions, as well as the two points on GDPR, and then click on Activate.
