Change Gym in the App
If you change gyms as a member and want to use the Branded App at the new gym, you first need to disconnect from your previous gym in the app. You can do this by disconnecting the link to your old gym within the app. Thereafter, you can select the new gym and connect to it.
It is important to know that your membership number remains the same if the “Change Home Gym” function is used. This means you can log in at the new gym using your existing membership number and email address. No further steps are necessary.
If Multiple Membership Accounts Exist
If you or other members did not register using the “Change Home Gym” function but instead created a new membership account at the new gym, the process changes slightly. In this case, you must also first disconnect from the old gym. However, to use the Branded App at the new gym, you need to use the new membership details provided by the new gym.
