Fast lane
- Switch to the correct studio context (the studio for which you want to disconnect the connection).
- Open Members / Member Search and select the member.
- Go to Overview in the member profile and open the ⋮ menu (three-dot menu).
- Click Disconnect from app to disconnect the studio connection for the current studio.
Prerequisites: Permission "Manage app connection"
To disconnect a member's studio connection, you need the Manage app connection permission. By default, this is only granted to the roles Admin and Office.
If you do not see the menu option to disconnect, you most likely lack this permission. In that case, contact someone with admin rights so they can assign the permission to you.
Remove Studio-Connect for a member
You disconnect the connection directly in the member profile – and always only for the currently selected studio.
- Open Members in the navigation (in English interface: Members).
- Search for the member and open their profile.
- Make sure you are in the Overview tab.
- Click the ⋮ menu (three-dot menu) at the top right.
- Select Disconnect from app.
What exactly is disconnected? (Basic MMP vs. Branded MMP)
Which connection(s) are disconnected depends on whether you use the Basic Member Platform (Basic MMP) or a Branded Member Platform (Branded MMP) – and whether there was previously a Basic connection.
