General
As of: April 2, 2025, studios can no longer create new compensations. Members can still redeem compensations that were issued before that date via MySports, and the settings described in this article continue to control how they can do so.
Various settings are available for the compensation selection via MySports in order to better control the selection by your members. Under MySports / Self-Service you will find the Compensation area. Here you can use the three-dot menu to specify whether the area should be accessible to your members and whether you want to check a compensation selection before it is released.
Setting options
You have the following setting options:
-
Deactivated: The area is completely deactivated and therefore not visible to the member in MySports.
-
No change possible: The Compensation section is visible under MySports / Self-Service and the member can see which compensations have been assigned to them. In this case, however, they cannot redeem any outstanding compensation.
-
Check changes: After a member selects a compensation, a claim is created. You can accept or reject this request under Tasks / Requests / Self-Service.
-
Apply changes directly: The selected compensation is applied directly and credited to the member.
In addition to these standard options, there is a special Activated per member option that limits visibility of the compensation menu in self-service. If you enable this option, you must activate the self-service area separately for each member. You can do this in the member profile under Finances / Compensation using the context menu at the top right. By default, the section is deactivated for each member.
