How do I activate the consumption credit in the MySports app?
You can activate the recharge of consumption credit in your Magicline in the MySports configuration under MySports / Self-Service / Further Data . To do so, click on the three-dot menu, on "Edit consumption credit" and select "Display and recharge". Alternatively, you can also deactivate the consumption credit here or allow your members to display their consumption credit only, but not to top it up.
How your members can view and top up their consumption credit
In the MySports app, your members can easily view and top up their consumption credit and also pay directly online. The consumption balance can be found at the top of the app in the self-service area.
In order for your members to top up the credit in the app, a credit card must first be deposited. This can be done easily in the order process for the consumption credit. The credit card information can then be viewed in the profile area of the app under payment information.
The credit can thus be topped up in just a few seconds by selecting the desired credit and paying with the deposited credit card. The consumption credit is credited to the member and can be used immediately. Your members will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.
