- Complete the mandatory fields in your studio profile
- Enter your URL or text under Accessibility Statement

Before you start
The basis for your online presence and for using the MySports App is your studio profile. Here you can manage all public information about your studio, giving members and prospects an initial impression of your facility.
❗️ Some mandatory fields must be completed — otherwise, your online profile cannot be fully displayed!
Where to find the studio profile
You can find your studio profile under MySports / Management / Studio Profile. Here, you can adjust all visible information such as name, logo, description, categories, and contact details.
What can be configured
The studio profile consists of several sections:
- Studio data: Basic information such as name, address, contact details, and opening hours.
- Extended studio data: Descriptions, social media links, and website links.
- Meta data: Categories, facilities, training offers, and studio services.
- Visualization: Upload your logo and photos for your online presentation.
- Legal information: Add your imprint, privacy policy, and accessibility statement (via the operating company).
Mandatory fields
To display and use the basic functions, the following fields in your studio profile are required:
- Studio name
- Studio address
- Studio category (e.g., gym, yoga studio)
- Studio logo
- Imprint
Add your accessibility statement
The accessibility statement is managed under the operating company. You can add your own accessibility statement directly in Magicline.
Here’s how:
- Go to Settings / Studio / Operating Company.
- Scroll to the right section Legal Information.
- Find the field Accessibility Statement.
- Add a URL to your accessibility statement (e.g., your website) or enter free text.
Display on MySports Web
The entered statement will automatically appear in the footer of your MySports website.
It will be visible under the section:
“Accessibility Statement”
This ensures compliance with digital accessibility requirements according to current standards.
Display in the MySports & Branded App
With the latest update, your accessibility statement is now also displayed in the app – in the profile section of your members.
You can find it here:
Profile > General > between Privacy Policy and Support
Depending on what you’ve entered:
- the entered URL will open, or
- the free text will be displayed directly in the app.
Why this feature matters
This feature allows your studio to:
- easily meet legal requirements for digital accessibility
- create a transparent and user-friendly online presence
- offer members accessible and inclusive access to information
The display is automatically activated — you only need to provide the content.
This saves time and ensures a consistent user experience across all platforms.
