Beforehand

The basis for using the MySports app and for your online portal is the studio profile. All public data about your studio is stored here and gives members and interested parties a first impression of your sports facility.

There are some important mandatory fields that must be filled out - otherwise the app and your online presence cannot be used.

Where can I find the studio profile?

In the main menu there is a special menu item for MySports (heart icon). Here you can select Studio Profile in the submenu and get an overview of all public information about your studio.

What can I set?

The profile is divided into different information areas:

• Studio data
  Here you can enter the basic information of your studio, i.e. name, address, contact options and your opening hours.
  
  

• Advanced studio data
  Where can I find more information about your studio? Add links to your website and social media profiles here.

• ofiles. You can also add a multi-line description to welcome prospective clients.
  
  

• Studio meta data
  We offer a variety of features that specifically describe your studio. In addition to the main category (e.g. gym or yoga), you can also add your equipment (e.g. sauna, snack bar), your sports offers (e.g. cardio equipment, rehab offers) and additional studio services (e.g. 24/7, free wifi).
  
  

• Studio visualization & Image sizes / ratios
  Make your mark with your studio logo and selected photos that give a good impression of your studio and show different offers.
  
  

• Legal data
  As a provider of online offers you are obliged to store your digital imprint or legal data. Here you can copy e.g. the already legally coordinated imprint from your homepage.
