Common invoice line items
Your invoice may include the following positions:
- Pricing model: The monthly base fee as per your contract
- Setup fee: One-time costs at contract start or when activating new modules
- MemberCash: Fees for direct collection via MemberCash
- Add-ons: Additional modules booked on top of your contract
Prorated charges
If a product or module is activated on a date other than the first of the month, a prorated amount is charged for the current month. On the following first of the month, this prorated amount is billed together with the full monthly fee for the new month.
