How to check the default settings of your course
You can find course management in the main menu under Courses. There, you can view and adjust existing courses.
The management view of a course consists of three tabs:
- Schedule: Overview of the planned sessions for the course.
- Management: Here, you can configure booking options, restrictions, and quotas.
- Online Booking: Settings for the course's online availability.
To check the default settings of a course, open the Management tab. Here, you can see all relevant options at a glance, such as Inclusive Quotas, Card Offers, or Booking and Cancellation Conditions.
How to adjust the default settings of a course
To make changes to a course, open the Management tab. Then click on the three dots (⋮) in the respective box to display additional options. Here, you can adjust specific settings such as booking requirements or restrictions.
Once you click on the corresponding menu items, a dialog will open where you can make the desired adjustments. Save your changes afterward to apply them.
Details of the individual configuration options
Below are the key configuration options available in the Management tab described in detail:
- Inclusive Quotas: This allows you to offer your customers specific services free of charge, e.g., through membership plans or discount codes. Click on Add Inclusive Quota to create a new quota.
- Card Offers: Create special cards, such as a 10-session card, that customers can purchase for the course. Select Add Card Offers for this.
- Booking and Cancellation Conditions: Here, you can set rules for bookings, such as the maximum number of bookings, free cancellation periods, or reminder times.
- Restrictions: Specify whether the course is only available at certain locations, during certain times, or for specific membership groups. Choose Add Restriction for this.
- Device Binding: Decide whether the course should be linked to specific devices and whether these are mandatory.
All changes you make are immediately applied to the course and updated in the system automatically.
