You can set predefined appointment goals in Magicline for your employees to achieve with the customer. At the end of the appointment, the employee can select the achieved goal.
Create appointment goals
To create a new appointment goal, go to Settings/Services/Appointment goals in your Magicline. Then click on"Create appointment goal" in the upper right corner.
Now choose a name for the target. Then click on"Create".
Add target options
You can set goal options for the appointment target. Your employees can select whether the appointment was successful or not after the appointment has ended.
To do this, open the appointment goal by clicking on the corresponding line in the overview. In the detailed view you can now set target options. Click on the button in the first tile or use the three-dot menu.
Now choose a name for the goal option. You can also choose if this option is"positive","negative" or"neutral".
Example: Target options for the target "Contract completed":
- positive: "Contract completed
- negative: "Contract not completed
Assigning an appointment target to an appointment
If you now create a new appointment service, you can assign one of your defined appointment targets to this appointment.
Note: To create an appointment service, go to the Settings/Services , click on "Create service" and select "Appointment service " .
Select target option after the appointment
After finishing an appointment, the employee can select which target option has been reached. To do this, click on the corresponding appointment in the appointment calendar and select the target option.
