How to check the default settings of your class
You can find class management in the main menu under Classes. There, you can view and adjust existing classes.
The detail view of a class consists of three tabs:
- Scheduling: Overview of the planned sessions for the class.
- Administration: Here, you can configure booking options, restrictions, and quotas.
- Online booking: Settings for the class's online availability.
To check the default settings of a class, open the Administration tab. Here, you can see all relevant options at a glance, such as Included contingent for members, Ticket offers, or Booking & reversal conditions.
How to adjust the default settings of a class
To make changes to a class, open the Administration tab. Then click on the three dots (⋮) in the respective box to display additional options. Here, you can adjust specific settings such as booking requirements or restrictions.
Once you click on the corresponding menu items, a dialog will open where you can make the desired adjustments. Save your changes afterward to apply them.
Details of the individual configuration options
Below are the key configuration options available in the Administration tab described in detail:
- Included contingent for members: This allows you to offer your customers specific services free of charge, e.g., through membership plans or discount codes. Click on Add included contingent to create a new one.
- Ticket offers: Create special tickets, such as a 10-session pack, that customers can purchase for the class. Select Add ticket offer for this.
- Booking & reversal conditions: Here, you can set rules for bookings, such as the maximum number of bookings, free cancellation periods, or reminder times.
- Restrictions: Specify whether the class is only available at certain locations, during certain times, or for specific membership groups. Choose Add time restriction for this.
- Device connection: Decide whether the class should be linked to specific devices and whether these are mandatory.
All changes you make are immediately applied to the class and updated in the system automatically.
