To edit your loyalty program, first go to MySports / Loyalty program and select your loyalty program. Now you can make your changes. To do so, use the three-dot menu in the particular tile you want to edit.
Edit inactive loyalty program
If the program is inactive, your changes will be saved immediately.
Edit active loyalty program
If the program is already active and available to your members, changing the settings will not be immediately visible to program members. After you change the program configuration, you need to save it. Saving the program will make your changes public to members.
Please consider this a security feature to prevent accidental changes to the loyalty program details.
Whenever your Magicline detects a change in the configuration of an active loyalty program, the button Save button appears at the top of the screen.
When you are ready to publish your changes, click the button Save and confirm it.
It may take up to a few minutes to apply your changes. During this time, the program configuration is locked and further changes must be awaited.
After the changes are applied and published, you can change the program configuration again.
Note: If you update an active loyalty program, this will not be communicated to the program participants. You will need to inform them if this is helpful.
Restrict the loyalty program to selected rates
You can limit your loyalty program to members with an active contract on specific rates. In the loyalty program details, enable Enable for selected rates and select one or more rates from the list. The list includes active and inactive rates and can be searched.
If you don't select any rate, the loyalty program stays open to all members, as before.
A member qualifies as soon as at least one of their active contracts is on a selected rate. Removing a rate from the selection does not show a warning: members whose only qualifying contract was on that rate lose access to the program (see Loyalty Program - FAQs for Members).
Note: In multi-location setups, a rate and a loyalty program can each be shared independently across locations. Check that both apply to the same locations before restricting the program, to avoid mismatches.
