Choose type

You use this to select rewards for reaching a level within the program. The reward can be an entity in Magicline, such as a consumption credit or a voucher. However, you can also create a custom reward.
How to do it
First, go to MySports / loyalty program and select your loyalty program. Then go to the tab Rewards.
To create a reward, click on the button Create reward and use the modal.

Internal name: give the reward a name.

Add another public name: Check this box if you want to use a different name for your members. Otherwise, you can use a name both internally and externally.

Description: use this field to describe the reward for your members.

Upload Image: Add a graphic to make the reward more visually appealing.

Type: choose from the predefined list of reward types.

Bonus period: the reward is a free period for your member. With this type of reward, you need to set the duration of the free period depending on the payment frequency.

For example, this is a configuration of a free month that automatically extends the member's current contract.

Consumption credit: the premium is a consumption credit with a predefined value. For this type of premium, you must specify the value of the credit.

Membership voucher: the reward is a contract voucher for a one-time term contract for existing or new members. For this type of reward, you must select one of the contract vouchers in your Magicline.

Benefit: the premium is one of your benefits. For this type of reward you need one of the benefits you have defined in your Magicline.

Custom reward: this is entirely up to you. You can use anything you want to offer your members, such as a free shake, a t-shirt or movie tickets.

Your members can then view their rewards on MySports Web and in the app.
