- Go to MySports / Loyalty program.
- Select the loyalty program you want to activate.
- Open the three-dot menu in the top right of the program and choose Activate Loyalty program.
Overview
Under MySports / Loyalty program you see an overview of your existing loyalty programs and their status. From here you can create new loyalty programs and activate, pause, or deactivate them.
Only one loyalty program can be active at a time. If another program is already active, you first have to deactivate it before you can activate a different one.
Activating a loyalty program
To activate a loyalty program, go to MySports / Loyalty program and select the program you want to activate.
Open the three-dot menu in the top right of the program and choose Activate Loyalty program.
The loyalty program is now active. Your members can join it and collect points via the member app.
Pausing or deactivating a loyalty program
You can pause an active loyalty program at any time. While it is paused, the program is not visible to connected members; its status is shown as Active (Paused). You can end the pause to make it visible again.
Deactivating a loyalty program deletes all customer data in that program together with all configured items. Deactivate a program only when you no longer need this data.
