Levels are the stages within your loyalty program. To reach the next level, the member must earn a certain number of points. Reaching the next level is rewarded with a reward.
Where can I find the levels?
First go to MySports / Loyalty program and select your loyalty program. Then open the Levels tab.
The levels created are automatically ranked:
- The level with the lowest required score is automatically level 1.
- The level with the highest number of points is automatically the last level of your loyalty program.
Create level
To add a new level, click the add Level button in the upper right corner and enter the details for the new level.
- Internal name: give the level a name.
- Add another public name: check this box if you want to show your members a different level name. Otherwise the same name is used internally and externally.
- Description: your members can see this description, so you can use it to explain the program or motivate your members.
- Points needed for the level: set how hard it is for your members to complete this level and get the reward.
- Upload an image: add graphics to make the level more visually appealing. This graphic becomes part of the teaser and the level image in the MySports app and on the web.
- Color: choose a theme color for the level. The color you choose is used for teasers, badges, and backgrounds for this level in the MySports app and on the web.
Once saved, the level is available in the Levels tab of your loyalty program.
Set reward
Now click the add Reward button and select a reward from the list of preconfigured rewards. You can select several rewards for a level.
The selected rewards are assigned to a member who reaches that level.
