Create a new loyalty program

To set up your loyalty program, in your Magicline go to MySports / Loyalty Program. Click on the button in the upper right corner.

Now choose a name. If you want, you can choose a different name for your program internally and for the public. Of course both names can be the same.

You're almost there: to start your program, you just need to set it to "active". Please note that a new loyalty program is always created in "inactive" status. In this state, your members will not be able to see or join the program. Before you activate the program, make sure it is set up correctly. To activate the program, please click on the program and then in the three-dot menu click on Activate loyalty program.

Customization of the loyalty program

Within the loyalty program you will see several tabs where you can customize the program to your individual needs.

• MySports: Determine the design of your loyalty program. How do you want to present the program to your customers in the MySports app and on the web?

• Levels: Set the levels of your program.

• Activities: Choose what kind of member behaviors you want to encourage and reward.

• Rewards: Choose the "rewards" for achievements.
