Where can I find the analysis of active memberships and what is analyzed?
The analysis under Analytics / Memberships / Amount gives you information about the active memberships that currently run in your studio. You will not only find the number of active rates here, but also the additional modules and flat fees. This way you get a holistic picture of all your memberships and a good overview of your membership structure.
How do I read the analysis and its key figures?
At the top of the analysis you can see the most important key figures at a glance. Here this is the number of memberships at a given point in time. So that you can also see how your membership count develops over time, the count is listed for five time points: this month, 1 month ago, 3 months ago, 6 months ago and 12 months ago. In addition, you also see the growth rate compared to the previous key figure.
A detailed analysis of your memberships is available below the key figures. For a time period you choose freely, all memberships are listed with their respective count, split into the three contract types: Rates, Additional modules and Flat fee. This gives you a precise overview of which rate, which module and which package was booked and how often. The Total of main memberships for the time period you selected is displayed at the top left above the table. This also includes memberships that were active on the start date of your time period but no longer active on the end date. The detailed analysis includes all memberships that were active at any time within the period you selected. If a member has two or more active memberships at the same time, these are also all counted. An Excel download of the table lets you process the data further as you wish.
Active, inactive and future memberships
Below the main table you also find a grid that shows the membership count per membership type for active, inactive and future memberships as of the current day. This lets you see, per membership type, how many memberships are currently active, no longer active or already scheduled for the future.
Graphical presentation
You find the data graphically prepared at the bottom of the analysis. You can choose between a bar chart and a line chart. There is a bar or line for each contract type. If you look at several studios at once, the bar is divided into sections and shows the rates, additional modules and flat fees per studio. With the chart legend you can deselect one or more contract types and look at the rates only, for example.
