Where can I find the check-in analysis and what is analyzed?
You can find a detailed evaluation of the development of the check-ins (number and utilization) in your studio under Analytics / Check-ins / Count / Utilization. This analysis not only shows you the number of check-ins in a certain period of time, but also information about the members and a graphic of the utilization of your studio per weekday.
How do I read the analysis?
The area at the top of the evaluation gives you a good overview of the most important key figures. Your check-ins from yesterday, all check-ins from this month (including the growth rate compared to the previous month), the check-ins from last month, from 12 months ago and the year-to-date figure are displayed here.
Directly below there are detailed insights into the check-ins in a period of time freely chosen by you. In addition to the total number of all check-ins in the selected period, the average number of check-ins per day is also shown. A chart shows the number of check-ins over time. Here you get a good impression of how the check-ins have developed over time.
Graphic processing
The table below the first graphic lists all members who were checked in during the selected period. The table contains the member's name, customer number, check-in and check-out time, and other helpful information such as rate, gender, age and contact details. The check-in studio is also displayed here, and if you are looking at several studios at the same time, the member's home studio is also displayed, that is, the studio in which the member has an active contractual relationship.
As always, an Excel download of the table is also available.
Below the table, a second graphic gives you information about the average distribution of check-ins, that is, the utilization of your studio, per weekday on an hourly basis in the period of time you have selected. Individual days of the week can be deselected using the legend, so that you can compare any number of weekdays very precisely.
Note
Outliers are excluded from the check-in analysis. This affects all check-ins that lasted less than 10% of the average length of stay in your studio over the last 12 months. For the calculation basis of the average length of stay, outliers are already removed: all check-ins that are shorter than 10 minutes or that lasted longer than 7 hours.
If you want to see all check-ins via device, go to Settings / Access control / Event-Monitor.
