Various options are available for setting up external devices, which describe the use of the devices in more detail and thus enable you to use many application scenarios.
Auto-Check-In
Control admission to your studio, e.g. via GAT Access or using a card reader. Magicline checks for you whether the member is allowed to go to the studio (valid contract, no rest period, no ban) and records the check-in for your evaluations. Members who have already checked in will be denied access.
Auto-Check-Out
Check the exit of your studio with a device and the Magicline will check whether the member was already checked in and then deregister it for you.
Automatic Check-In/Out
A combination of automatic check-ins and check-outs. We check for you whether the member is already checked in and carry out the appropriate check-in or check-out. For most studios this is the best setting for their input control.
Dispenser
If you want to connect a beverage system to your Magicline, you can select the corresponding task. Depending on the setting, we check whether the customer is allowed to use the device according to his contractually agreed performance quota and then activate the tapping process, for example.
Auto-Range Control (Input)
have certain delimited areas in your studio (e.g. sauna or wellness areas)? With this task, the automatic area control offers you the possibility to define restrictions based on services. If a member wants to enter the area, we first check all the conditions and only then allow them access.
Auto-Range Control (Output)
Of course, you also have the option of setting up your automatic area control in such a way that members are only let out when everything is ok on the part of the system. For example, if a member has not paid, the area control will block the exit.
Auto-Range Control (In/Out)
Typically, gym auto space controls are configured to manage both ingress and egress. This ensures that members do not obtain any benefits that go beyond the contractual agreement.
Manual Check-In/Out
Don't want to search your members at check-in, but still need manual control over who's allowed in and who's not? With this task you can set up a card reader at the counter. Whenever a card is laid down, a check-in dialog will appear in which you decide whether the member will be granted access or not.
Time-limited device use
You can use this task for your solarium and thereby define intervals for the temporal use. The Magicline tells the device whether your member has enough contingents (e.g. 10 card) and switches it on for the desired duration.
Device usage
The Swiss army knife among the tasks is device usage. If the use of certain chargeable devices (e.g. Power Plates) should be controlled, you can easily set this here.
Snack machine
This task is used to connect a snack vending machine via the Magicline. You can simply create an assignment and determine which products are in which compartments and the Magicline generates sales requests when used by your members.
Weigh
If you want to unlock a modern scale (Tanita, InBody) for your members and you want them to start the weighing process themselves using their card, you can use this task.
Note: Here, in addition to the scale, you must also configure the control device for member identification.
Manual Weighing
Should your trainer start the weighing process in the Magicline using an external scale? This task allows you to connect a Tanita or InBody scale without an additional control device.
