- Analytics / Sales / Revenue
General
In Magicline's analytics you will find the analysis of your sales by product groups, products and product variants. With such a comprehensive overview, you can get a detailed picture at different levels.
Under Analytics / Sales / Revenue you will find your analysis of sales.
Using a drop-down selection at the top right, you can choose whether you want to see the gross or net values for the overview. Below you can get an impression of the development of your sales in the last months. In this area the most important key figures are summarized at a glance: The turnover of the current month including the growth rate compared to the previous month, the turnover of the previous months, the value of the year to date (year-to-date) and the previous year.
Familiarize yourself with the analysis options
The area below the key figures offers you the possibility of a very detailed analysis of your sales in tabular form. Here you can take a closer look at the sales in a period of your choice. To the left of the date selection you will find the two most important key figures for the selected period: the total turnover and the turnover per sale.
Directly below is a table in which you can read the sales of the respective product groups per month. With the help of the arrows you can "expand" the groups to see the data for individual products and different product variants. This way you can analyze very precisely which of your products perform better in which variant and which are perhaps not so profitable.
You can change the time period of the report using the three-dot icon at the top right, or use the Excel Report button to download the data into Excel for further processing as you see fit.
Find the graphical representation of the data
Below the table you will find a graphical representation of the sales per product group. You can deselect or add individual product groups, so it is also possible to compare only individual product groups over time. If you want to compare several studios with each other, you can do this via the green location selection button above the evaluation. This way you can optimally compare the sales of different product groups in your studios.
