Redeeming contract vouchers in MySports
From now on, contract vouchers can also be redeemed when signing contracts online via MySports Web. If the user enters a valid voucher code during the online signing process, all affected prices are updated directly.
Connect API: Vouchers for user-defined online contract signing
The Connect API now also supports the redemption of contract vouchers for user-defined online contract conclusions.
Appointment booking via Studio Touchpoint
The Studio Touchpoint now also supports appointment bookings. Appointments are displayed on the Touchpoint device and can be booked directly by your members with just a few clicks. Activate the appointment booking in your Studio Touchpoint configuration under Settings/Studio Screens/Touchpoint Configuration.

Fallback configuration for automatic notification rules
From now on, you can create a fallback configuration for automated notifications in the Magicline. This way, your members will be contacted via an alternative channel if sending the automated message fails. E.g. if there is no valid email for a certain member, this message will be sent as a letter. You configure the fallback for your new and existing notification rules under Communication/Administration/Notification rules.

Automatic MySports messages
From now on, you can also use MySports messages as a communication channel for the automatic notification rules and automatically contact your members via the app when certain events occur. You can add the channel to new and existing notification rules.
Note: This feature is available from price tier “Advanced”. If you are still using another price package, you can easily upgrade your Magicline and benefit from many additional features that are exclusively available in the higher price packages. Here you can find information about changing packages in your Magicline.
Chargeable trial training
From now on, the Magicline offers an option to offer chargeable trial trainings. You can set the price individually and optionally offer a compensation in the form of a voucher for the later conclusion of a contract. Registered MySports users can then easily book the trial training online. You can find the new configuration in your Magiclie under Settings/Services/Trial Training in the tile "Price configuration".
Copying user roles
To simplify the creation of user roles, we have provided an option to duplicate already existing user roles in Magicline under Resources/Employees/Roles.
Labels for exercises
From now on, trainers can add labels to exercises in order to make it easier for your members to find the right equipment in your studio. This is helpful, for example, if you have labeled your equipment and machines with numbers, letters, or colors for specific muscle groups, workout levels, or workout areas. You can easily add the label, including name and color, when creating or editing an exercise in Magicline. It will then be displayed to your members in the MySports app for the corresponding exercise.
MySports: Archiving date for training plans
From now on, the archiving date is displayed for archived training plans in the MySports app. This way, training plans that have been completed multiple times can now also be displayed correctly in the training plan archive.
MySports: Machine settings and trainer comments for superset exercises
From now on, the machine settings and trainer comments are also displayed for superset exercises in the MySports app.
Adoption of fee adjustments for contract changes
From now on, fee adjustments can be transferred to the new contract when changing contracts. To use this option, select the "Transfer fee adjustments from old contract" in the contract change process.
