Fully customizable promotions and sweepstake functionality
Magicline now provides a comprehensive suite of tools designed to empower your member engagement and upselling capabilities. Your own fully customizable promotions enable you to effortlessly inform your members about current campaigns. You can also organize sweepstakes to highlight special offers, services, or additional modules, and thus drive upsell. The promotions are shown directly in the MySports app via banners, pop-ups and/or as push notifications. You have the freedom to present your promotions in your own unique design and style. Additionally, we provide you with an extensive set of analytics, supporting you to evaluate the effectiveness of your promotions and sweepstakes. They provide valuable insights such as reach, conversion rates, and open rates. Start now and configure your first promotion in Magicline under MySports/Direct Marketing/Promotions.
Note: This feature is only available for the price tiers Pro and Ultimate. If you are still using another price package, you can easily upgrade your Magicline and benefit from many additional features that are exclusively available in the higher price packages. Magicline Payments: Adyen PSP in payments report
The payments export list now includes an additional column, "Magicline Payments Reference". Here you can find the corresponding Adyen PSP reference of transaction via Magicline Payments. This allows you to match single transactions to payouts from Adyen.
Member Cash: Option to set a contract residual due
When the member cash purchase limit is reached, it is now possible to set a contract residual due instead of automatically cancelling it. To use this option, please go to your Magicline under Settings/Finance/Debt collection.
MySports: Magicline customer-ID as parameter in dashboard links
We have introduced a new customer-ID parameter in the MySports dashboard links. This is useful, in case you are using the dashboard links in the MySports app to integrate services offered by Open-API partners. We wanted to make the user experience more seamless and eliminate the need for users to log in again when accessing Open-API partner services via web-view or app. The new customer-ID parameter allows Open-API partners to retrieve customer data directly and identify the user.
Waist-to-hip ratio in check-up section
The waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) is widely used as an indicator to measure health and the risk of diseases which is why we added it to the check-up section. You only need to enter the waist measurement and the hip measurement of your members, and the waist-to-hip ratio is automatically calculated. This feature provides you with a really simple tool to assess your member’s body composition.
MySports: Display of circumference measures in the check-up section
To visualize and quantify the physical progress of your members, you can use the manual circumference measurements in the check-up section. These are now also displayed to your members in the app after the measurement is entered in Magicline.
MySports: End date for training plans with a fixed duration
To make it transparent to MySports users when their plan expires, the calculated end date of their training plan (with a fixed duration) is now shown on the overview page. The end of the training plan is always calculated based on the first training day and the training plan duration. After expiration, the training plan is moved to the archive automatically.
New support center
In order to offer you an even better and more direct support, we have developed the service center. It offers a new way to get in touch with our Customer Success Team and helps you keep track of open and closed cases. Additionally, the service center enables you to access the extensive articles in our help center directly from the Magicline.
Placeholders in the subject line of MySports message templates
Just like the E-Mail templates, the MySports message templates now also support a customizable subject line, which also allows the use of placeholders. You can change the subject line anytime under Communication/Administration/Templates.
