Member groups
We're excited to introduce the Member Groups feature, which allows you to create group configurations with discounts. So based on the number of members in a group - and certain approved rates - you can determine whether members should receive a discount.
Shift planning
We want to give your employees the option to see their shifts within the ML App. Therefore we came up with a new view, to show all upcoming shifts.
Automatically redeem referral rewards
With the referral program your members can recruit their friends for your studio and receive rewards in your club in return. These rewards can now be redeemed automatically without your members having to log in to the MySports app.
Dynamic and absolute calculation of idle period contributions
With the release of the dynamic and absolute calculation of idle periods, we enable you to calculate variable idle period fees based on the length of the idle period.
For example, for contract idle periods, you can set a percentage idle period fee equal to 10% of the recurring payment interval of your members' contract.
For member idle periods, a fee is charged based on the standard time unit of your idle periods.
Both idle period fee calculations can be repeated if the idle period is a multiple of your idle period intervals.

In future, every employee can get a home studio assigned, which will be used to fetch configurations for employees.
Support trial training slots != 60min on ML Websites
With this new feature, time slots not equal to 60 min are now also displayed when booking trial training sessions via the Magicline websites.
Improvement for Cash Register Permissions- Open Member Claims
We've listened to your feedback and made some changes to enhance your control over roles and permissions. Now, any user with cash register permissions can view open claims of a member in the checkout slide out directly. This improvement removes the need for permission to open the member account resulting in a more flexible and manageable permission system.
Bulk edit for cross-facility sales configuration
You can now configure cross-location sales through batch processing. This feature is designed to save you manual effort when, for example, you launch a new location or want to change a configuration for all your studios.
Editing and transferring of consumption credit
We have created the possibility for you to edit the consumption credit (bonus) of your members as flexibly as possible. With this function you get the possibility to allocate or reduce consumption credit (bonus), as well as to transfer it as credit to the member account.
Reminder for expiring training plans
In order to inform the user early about the expiration of a training plan, a reminder will now be displayed 2 weeks before the end of the training plan, as soon as the plan is opened. The user can switch off this reminder or be informed again at a later time. By doing this, we want to enable a seamless and continuous training training
