Highlights

New Shift planning

We have developed a new version of the shift plan that allows you to do your shift planning faster and more efficiently. For example, by copying shifts or simplified appending without saving the template beforehand.

New support center

In order to offer you an even better and more direct support, we have developed the service center. It offers a new way to get in touch with our Customer Support Team and helps you keep track of open and closed cases. Additionally, the service center enables you to access the extensive articles in our help center directly from the Magicline.

Custom Product Pricing Based on Rate Codes

We're thrilled to announce an enhanced feature that allows you to set custom prices for your products based on rate codes. This new update lets you offer customers special prices, associated with certain rate codes, without the need to manually assign member codes. The price changes will apply automatically at the cash register upon member selection and at vending machines equipped with a vending module. Benefit from streamlined operations and greater pricing flexibility today!

Referral based discount on membership fee

We're enhancing the existing referral rewards system by introducing a discount on membership fees, which can be either a fixed amount or a percentage. Once activated, this discount can be automatically applied. Moreover, it can potentially be accrued through multiple referrals.

Upgrade of bank statement import with CAMT53 files

With the aim of streamlining your financial processes, we're delighted to announce significant improvements to MultiCash, and manual upload features.

We've also broadened our supported versions to include Camt.053.001.04 and Camt.053.001.08, catering to a wider range of banking needs.

For our users in Switzerland, we have added the capability to match QR-Code invoices with imported bank statements. This feature will help in automating and simplifying your invoice processing.

New local payment methods in the apps: TWINT, iDEAL and Bancontact

We've added popular local payment methods from Switzerland (TWINT), Netherlands (iDEAL), and Belgium (Bancontact) to the MySports App.

Your members can now use these payment methods to effortlessly purchase day tickets, vouchers, consumption credit, courses, or to settle any outstanding balances they may have. Our goal is to make your App experience even more convenient and user-friendly.

Trial trainings: Cross-Studio Duplicate Detection

Under Settings / Services / Trial Training, you now have the ability to activate duplicate detection across studios. To do this, you need to click on the context menu item "Edit Prevent creation of duplicates" on the "Lead Data" card and subsequently check "Detect Duplicates Across Studios".

Show initial training plan values and previous values in active training mode

To be transparent and clear about the ongoing progress within a training plan, we now display the initial training plan values (set up by the trainer) and the previously entered training data (from the last training unit).
