Leads Inbox
The Leads Inbox is a powerful tool designed to streamline your lead acquisition and equip you with valuable insights into the dynamics of your leads. You'll have at your fingertips the ability to track the volume of new leads over different time periods. It also allows you to understand where your leads are coming from, providing a clearer picture of your most effective acquisition channels. Moreover, the tool suggests specific actions you might take to further increase your lead generation, ensuring that no opportunities for expansion are overlooked.
With the introduction of our new leads inbox, we've also refined the menu in the leads section for you. All settings can now be found centrally under "Settings"/"Leads".
Single Appointment Analytics
With this new analytics section we want to give you more information about your single appointments.
Automated participant status
With this new function the participant status of your members will be set automatically to “participated” once a member checked-in.

Filter options in the check-up area
With the new filter, studios can switch views between self-generated body measurements and data coming from externally connected systems (e.g. seca). This ensures that all existing data can be interpreted correctly.
Advanced printing options for training plans
Based on customer's feedback, we improved the option to export training plans as pdf files to print them afterwards. We will offer 3 different options:

Portrait format with increased image size

Landscape format where multiple units per page can be shown
All options include the display of supersets, machine settings and trainer comments.
Enhanced configuration options for contract documents
With these updates, we're offering you more flexibility to ensure both clarity and legal compliance in your contract documents.
Now you can display the "Total membership fee", a sum of all fees that have the same payment frequency as the rate.
Additionally, the "Total contract volume" option is available, representing the sum of all fees during their individual minimum terms.
New configuration fields for flat fees and modules also allow for a precise contractual description of each service in the contract documents.
Make it possible to assign bank transfers to invoices via tasks
In a previous iteration, we have improved CAMT53 import and introduces automatic invoice assignment based on the bank transfer description.
This topic introduces the possibility to assign bank transfers via the open tasks to members and invoices when the automatic assignment failed.
